Home Values Expected to Rise

According to a group of more than 100 panelists, including economists, real estate specialists and investment strategists, believe home values are going to rise through the year 2018.  Many believe that real estate investors will begin to sell most of their income properties over the next 3-5 years. This will increase the amount of inventory in the real estate market and reduce the competition for buyers against “Cash rich” investors. They are also expecting a nationwide home value appreciation of nearly 4.5 percent this year.
