A million dollars can go a long way depending on where you’re looking to buy. Oregon Live compared two different areas, North West Portland and Lake Oswego, to see what a one million dollar home looks like. NW Portland is a new, up and coming area with a lot of newer homes and shops. Lake Oswego is a more established area known for it’s upper end homes. The biggest difference between a one million dollar home in Lake Oswego versus NW Portland was the square footage.
