As the big real estate investors take a step back from the market, all-cash homebuyers are increasing. Investors with 10 or more properties decreased from 4.7% to 2.3% in this last year. While, buyers paying with all-cash, according to real estate listing site RealtyTrac has increased to 28.2 up from 16.3 in the last year. Many believe these cash buyers are mainly buying to invest or flip for profit.
