My passion for real estate started way before I became a real estate agent. It started with a diploma in interior design that instigated a drive to learn more about the place we call home. I studied what my clients needed their home to look like and why. My success here motivated me to go a step further and being a realtor came in as a natural next step.
I have been selling real estate since 2005 with great success. I currently hold a Broker’s license, am a member of NAR, PMAR and am a top producer in this area (PMAR Million Dollar Club). I enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers in residential, commercial and investment real estate. Although I specialize in the NW Portland region (Bethany, Forest Heights, Cedar Mills), Hillsboro (Orenco Station), Beaverton and Tigard, I have been selling all over the state of Oregon.
Home buying or selling can be a very stressful experience. That is where I come in! I have maintained a 100% approval rating over all these years as I help to realize the dreams of many families in the Portland metro area. I have developed a system that engages others in the transaction (including other involved realtors, the mortgage company, title company/escrow and even the county or builders). For every transaction, this system works to ensure a stress-free home buying experience for you!
My representation starts from our first meeting but like others in my profession, my representation does NOT end with the closing. The strong relationship that has been forged with everyone I represent continues even after the transaction completes. I help resolve any and all issues regarding the home. This includes future expansions, contractor help, warranty issues and other real estate needs.
I believe that strong community ties, exceptional work ethic and my educational background make me a very effective Realtor®. I pride myself in promoting non-discriminatory, equal housing. Every real estate consumer has a right to choose someone who represents only their interest and I have successfully done that for many years.
